Caught the GN55 bug again, and this time, I'm thinking about making a few mips to make the cockpit look a little more like a production model. I'm looking at modeling a dash off of the 1956 Dodge, since the gauges are pretty close to the current default cockpit.

I'd be happy to do it, except my Winmip has decided to be garbage and not convert anything. Been sitting here for an hour trying to get the first thing changed to a mip, and it refuses to convert it.

Ah! I just downloaded that and I'll definitely check it out tomorrow. You the man!

Hopefully it'll make the job of updating the dash a bit easier. I've been searching across online for some gauges that would work well for the new dash, and I've found a few.

Looks great, demanding task you've got there to model such a dash! I agree, go for it!

not Nascar specific, but they have tons of free textures (free up to a certain size) which might be helpful. In "Manmade" are plenty gauge like pictures.

After yet another hour of being frustrated by the inability of my computer to make a damn mip, I'm deciding to not do the dash. Sorry guys. Blame the PC.
