Change the color of the wheels in the NXS17 mod

I believe they have them mapped in with the car. Therefore the color is dependent what is on the template.
(Unless you are using custom wheels.)

When you have the template open, select the RIMS layer. Nest select the RIM BASE layer and paint them whatever color you want.
Too easy!
