Car files

Is there any way to make car files without nr2003 installed? Help appreciated.

Not shore but I think all you need is a car file of the mod you want to make car files for and WinMap.
Import your flat set the chassis and make save, rename your done

Winmip 2 works great! Or send them to me and I would be more than happy to import them.
