Can't change my e-mail address

I need help changing my e-mail address.
I tried to go into my account and change it, but when I put my current e-mail address in it tells me that the address is already in use so it will not let me change it.
The email address in my account is rahildebra@sbcglobal.net, which I no longer have access to. I need to change it to rahildebra@gmail.com
