All of my tracks suddenly stopped working

I decided to start my game to test some mods I installed here and to my surprise, ALL MY TRACKS N WORK MORE, no mod changes the situation and I highly doubt that the mods I installed would be a problem, they all show the same message; "could not download track" what do I do?

with all my clues, this message appears, and even moving from arcade to the other way didn’t work and stuff, I tried to do the business of copying such thing from such a track and pasting and it also didn’t work, but I saw something in a video that left intrigued, there is such a folder with the name 'shared' in the tracks folder that I saw in the video, and in my n it has, is that it? what will be missing?

Does this happen with all mods or just a specific one?

All tracks need the original shared folder or the updated Revamped Reloaded shared folder, I suggest going with the latter, then every track needs a fast setup. Here is a primer that fortuine_oo had on his site before it went down.

this problem, I'm honestly thinking about re-installing the game and then going after the tracks and mods

I tried to do the business of installing sharede and tals and it also didn't work

There's nothing to install, just download the shared folder, unzip it, move the files within it to the games shared folder within the tracks main folder, over write when asked...that's it.
