All "a-named" tracks could not load...

Hi all,

After a break of around 10 years in NR2003 ("dadoorun" in the community between 2002-2010), here I am again...
I just did a fresh install (Win 10), with mods and tracks, and I have an issue...

All the tracks with their names beginning by A/a give "Could not load the track" message, and cancelled loading.
I got 68 tracks only, and the only tracks that do not work are:
atlanta (original Papyrus version)
Atlanta_2018_TE
atlanta_2019MB
Auto Club 2014
Auto Club Night 2014
Auto_Club_FSE_MB_18N
Auto_Club_FSE_MB_2017
Auto_Club_FSE_MB_2018

They are all "a-named", and only these. The track before (Watkins_Glen_2017) and the track after (bristol) perfectly load.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
I do not even logically understand how it can happen...

Depends on if you are trying to run game in arcade mode or simulation mode. Both require a fast setup in order to load the track.

fast.cup.acd
fast.cup.sim

these for the cup mods, then you would have gns,cts,pta mods that would need one.

But sadly, there is already fast.cup.sim/fast.cup.acd/fast.cts.sim/fast.cts.acd setups there...
I did not touch original atlanta track... that's the weirdest...

I try to run in simulation mode.

Only other thing I could think of is to compare the files in the track that won't load to one that will. I think that all tracks need the def file, and of course the dat file, season file???, track ini file, and so on.....maybe JR Franklin will see your post and comment. There used to be a great site for all things N2K3 related, but it is gone now. I referred to it a lot in the early days....

Just for giggles, here is my stock Atlants track, see if it will load on your system.

Possibly one solution here...
All the tracks not working got 10 .lp files... While others tracks got 12 or 13...
Look like there is missing lp files...

The track I posted hasn't been changed in any way, took it out of my GTP install, where the game's original tracks arn't used, so I know it's complete, un-altered. Other than comparing to another track for like files, I have no other clue what might be the problem.

There have been multiple issues with running NR2003 on windows 10. Try these standard fixes to see if that helps

I will look at these fixes to learn more about NR2003 on Win 10.

The fresh install worked. I reinstalled everything and all the tracks work fine.

I have it on windows 10 works perfectly fine. might I suggest adding the Revamped Reloaded Shared folder update some of those tracks might have that

Thank you for the advice. I'll definitely do it for RR's tracks.
Anyway the issue I had was independant of this as tracks were not from RR, and they now work fine after a fresh install.

I don't know what happened, and guess I'll probably never know.
