For some reason I'm stuck at 1024x768x32. The 3D config won't work in game. When I go hit change in game setting the game crashes. I went into the game file to try to change config and it won't work in there either. All I was doing was trying different settings and it seemed to lock on 1024x768x32. Any help would be great! Thanks. OK....... It will run only in Open GL. DircetX D3D Won't work!! What the hell did I do now?
I see I posted this same problem back in May of last year. But can’t remember what I did to fix it. Any ideas????

WHat is the native resolution of your monitor?
I kinda figured it out......... I just did a system restore and that worked fine. I was just trying different resolutions to try to fix the rear wheels on the ai car from disappearing when they are about 15 cars away. I read something about trying that. I really wish there was a fix for this problem. I know I have a good rig. But the mod would awesome if it didnt have that issue.

Turn up your "distance" setting? Sounds like it's an LOD thing, the cars have less detail as they get farther away, it's an old game...

I have draw distances and field of view maxed out. I don't have this issue with any other mods. Whats LOD?
LOD = Levels Of Detail. As the cars get further away, details of the car become reduced. It's what modders build into the models of their cars in their mods to help lessen the strain on your PC's ability to render objects at a further distance away from you. The idea is that as they are further away, you could not see all of the minute details of the car models anyway and thus these LOD's that modders create for their car models helps to enhance game play and sustain better Frames Per Second (FPS).

Coo. Thanks for the info. So does that mean that with this Mod the loss of detail is to much? Because like I said, I no issues with ant other Mods doing this.

Which mod do you have the wheels disappearing on, care to share your system specs, is it a laptop or desktop, windows version, what tweaks have you tried.

The Mod is MENCup 2019. I did the Ben Crazy Windows 10 Install Tutorial. And specs = Windows 10 Home. i5-3570k@3.40GHz. 16GB Ram GeForce GTX670 with a 1T SSD. I am also running Reshade with only 5 effects.

Re-Shade...that explains it, don't know anything about re-shade, but have heard it causes all sorts of problems.
I really don't think its reshade. Because it only happens with this Mod. Plus I can shut down reshade while in game racing and it doesn't change, wheels still disappear around 15 car lengths ahead.
