So im wanting to get into rendering my own cars it looks fun..Anyways i did my first one and it came out ok but the quality is not the best.is there a guide somewhere i can find out how to render the cars better

Best to start by opening scenes already made, and explore the various settings. It is too hard to explain without writing a novel. But it is worth playing around with, and there is always more than 1 way to do things in 3ds max.
Youtube tutorials is also a good way to start.

Unless you use the stock released Splash n Go scene, the car models need a lot of work to get them to render correctly. It's way too indepth for a newbie, heck, I'm still trying to get some of my scenes with these to work out right.

ahhh that makes sense i did do this one it looks a little grainy but i like it
