2002-2003 Havoline Decals

I need the Havoline logos with the blue lines behind them that were on Ricky Rudd's 2002 car and Jamie McMurray's 2003 car.

Anyone have these, or know where to find them? Preferably .PSD format/logo sheet, but I'll take what I can get as long as they're suitable for 2048x2048 templates.
