Better cautions is not a complete application and has some bugs. Melon has spent a lot of work on it and not been able to resolve all the issues, I don't think he is currently planning any more updates. You'll either need to change settings and hope for better results or just not use it in this...

It was also common to put colorful tape on so you could see how close the valence was to the ground as the car went by. The lower you could get it, the more downforce the car would have (or so the commentators would say). I don't know if that was the reason the tape was put there or just a handy...

I think this was just a show car, I don't believe it ever ran. The car was sponsored by Pfizer, which is a pharmaceutical company, but they decided to put one of their main products on the car instead of the corporate branding, hence the Viagra car.

There were actually a handful of these that were just used as extras in scenes that weren't filmed during the actual races. I'm pretty sure there are a couple others but I don't remember them. When I first got into this back in the N4 days the first group I joined was the Days of Thunder Project...

I recommend using WinMip to import TGA files. I don't know if it will help, but to me it is much easier than using the import/export folder.
