It worked, i applied the configs from that video and then i modified them to fit to my phone now textures are perfect (except that now i lost 10 FPS but its Still fast enough for me)

I changed to vulkan nothing happened except less FPS

well i think you are right looking how they worked on Sims 4 they really did a bad game and now i think that if EA stayed with the NASCAR License probably some features as Total Team Control and Allies & Rivals should have returned but the games should have looked like Madden NFL but with cars
