I have yet to find a solution to this issue. Despite having this computer for less than a year I believe I am going to attempt to sell this computer and buy something else in hopes of better results. Any suggestions on computers would be appreciated.

I'll give that a try I cleared my game profile and went to race tonight and it crashed on the first lap of the race. I'm doing AMD updates now and then I'll try to just turn on the same things as you and see what happens. Hopefully you found the solution.
