    Honestly, for those types of shots, I wouldnt use a reflection map. Or maybe use an HDRI image as a environment map, then adjust accordingly if you want the reflections. Normally, those types of shots are more artistic presentations of drawings than renders.

    Janimox and CBCTech made the original Toon scenes for NR3 or 4. I cant remember exactly. I worked the tire/wheel textures with Jeff Yost for CBC's wheels. Jeff even had a better version of wheels he released a little later. MrExcite did the GNS and CTS models after PWF released them...
