Slamer, Just a FYI. www.paint-by-rah.com has plenty of base paints with decals for the BR15 mod. Just in case you want to paint a couple of cars for you to use. You will have to register with them.

I'm having the same problem. My fps goes from about 60 to 40. Just enough to seem like it's a hip cup. I' ll let you know if I find how to fix it. I have Windows 10 also.

I was using the CTS physics mod. I installed the cup version and all is good. Must be something wrong with the CTS version.
