Big fan of this one, there's something about the small team schemes.

I love the underfunded/small team pain schemes, they're the only ones I really plan to make because so many people make the big team paint schemes and a lot of the small team schemes get left out. I love the designs of many of them, including this one despite how frustrating it was to make. Thank you for the rate!

I always wondered nobody has published this scheme before so I decided to make it thinking it's just black with decals, but halfway through I noticed the buildings and it took a lot out of me to get them even close to correct. This scheme is very tricky indeed, thank you for the rate!
