COMPLETE REMAKE! v2.0

This windshield buildup addon has been completely remade from the ground up to be less intrusive and focuses more on blending in with the rest of the game.

New features:
- Diluted "_ti" mip, making it much less of a hassle to see past your windshield
- Brand new texture, taken from the dirty windshield of a real stock car that's seen some action ;)
- Fine tuned coloring to make your windshield grime blend seamlesssly with Nr2003's visuals
