If you've been on SRD or NR2003 Mock Season, you'll know what this is.

If not, allow me to elaborate: in 2013, I got into the NR2003 Offline League scene, and created my own team, Pacific Coast Racing, as part of an alternate history timeline starting in 1988. By the time this timeline was rebooted late last year, I was up to early 1993, and PCR had ballooned to four Chevys.

I decided to reboot the league, as I wasn't happy with the direction it was going in. In the old league, PCR began racing in 1969 with various GM cars, while in the new timeline, PCR dates all the way back to that first Modified race at Daytona Beach in 1948. What sets them apart is two things: their ingenuity, and their fanatical devotion to Chrysler and Chrysler brands such as Dodge and Plymouth. When Chrysler left in 1984, PCR continued running a Dodge Mirada (in 1987, they called it a Dodge 600 to keep it legal in NASCAR's eyes), before their strong performance (such winning the 1985 Winston Cup championship over Darrell Waltrip with no factory support) convinced Chrysler they had a strong team they could use to get back in, resulting in their return in 1988 with the Chrysler LeBaron, fielded by PCR and Petty Enterprises initially. The LeBaron stayed until 1997, when it was replaced by the Dodge Avenger, then by the Dodge Intrepid in 1999, the Stratus (as an interim car) in 2004, the Charger in 2005, the Challenger in 2011, before going back to the Charger in 2014 and finally back to the Challenger in 2019.
