The NASCAR Peak Series (also known as the Mexico Series) was created in 2004, with the intention of creating a series that would spark interest in stock-car racing within Mexico. Since it's creation, the series has gone through numerous sponsorship, most recently with Peak Antifreeze coming on-board to sponsor the series as a whole.
It is run by NASCAR, similar to the Pinty's Series.
