Emanuel Zervakis competed in just five races in Nascar's top series during 1957. He went on to finish third in points and win two races in 1961, his best year as a driver. After his career as a driver ended, the "Golden Greek" continued on as a car owner, fielding cars for such stand-outs as Dale Jarrett, Mark Martin and Ricky Rudd.
