General Lee v3 but, a .car file.

Since I am no longer new to this, and I now know how things work, I decided to make this a .car file. So, no more "import it onto a dodge body"

I added in the rear end of the General and license plate. Just as a reminder, in order to have this in game, drag this file into the exports and imports folder. Then, make a new dodge body and import the paint scheme.
