How to use:
I used gimp to make it a tga file and upload it to Nr2003.
Go to opponent manager, new driver, type random file name, go to import and click on the download. Then fill out the driver name, number, sponsor, and team.

The Number Is A Little Too Big On The Sides, And Just A Tip For Credits, I Would Copy And Paste The Credits From The Link You Got For The Base, Then Update Them For Your Download. But Overall. Not Bad! :)
