What a Great Set. Brings back memories watching these cars race at Pocono.
It's amazing when a personal loss drives one to do something so extraordinarily amazing, and this work is a testament to that. To think that you did this whole set in just 4 months only amazes me even more. The attention to detail is spot on with each and every car in this set, even the crews and the pit boxes. It has excellently captured that charm from the mid 90's that helped NASCAR's popularity grow massively during that time period. We even have beautifully-recreated paint schemes which I never knew even existed, and it really fills in the missing links to our NR2003 experiences!

The loss of a pet is a very saddening thing to experience, but doing this to overcome such a tragedy will have been one of the best things you ever did, because now everyone can take their NR2003 time machine to 1996 and get an ultra-realistic experience of this memorable season that shocked the NASCAR world. You should be proud of yourself for creating this gorgeous set! A++ :)

Thanks, a bunch. I appreciate it a lot. :)
Great work, thanks for sharing with us.
Absolutely Gorgeous, Bill! Just when I think I'm a true 90's nut someone comes out with a carset like this and like a quarter of it leaves me saying "Didn't know THAT was a car before!" You also positively blew through the production of this - you only began in July? Jeeze man! Putting me to shame taking longer than a year to turn out my '97 set! LOL. My only.... ONLY constructive criticism is that DJs number font looks a little wonky. Other than that - A++!

On another note; My heart goes out to you for your loss - but I am glad that you were able to find such an outlet for your grief.

Thanks my dude. I haven't ran any races yet, but I got your 1997 standard carset. That thing is killer. You have a great control over a very difficult template. Yeah, it was about 3.75 months total start to finish. Most of the schemes are pretty template friendly compared to 1997 and beyond, though. I appreciate the suggestion on the 88. I redrew that 88 directly off a 1997 decal sheet I have, but I never matched it against the real world cars. Decal sheets are typically super reliable, but hey, not always. We should probably team up to do a set some day. Maybe 1995 if nobody's already attempting it. :)
What a surprise!
Amazing job! You nailed the era perfectly, especially that Honey Crunch car, that one is a work of art! Have had a blast looking through these and running quick race around North Wilkesboro!
What an awesome set. Thank you so much for all of your efforts and for sharing your work.
Thank you so much. What a gift to have another great set to fill another gap in the NR2003 history!
Absolutely sensational. I am nearly speechless! You've nailed a few cars that I am not sure anybody has ever done (e.g. the #25 Olympics car). Thanks for the hard work and for deciding to share!!!
I think it's one of the most amazing works I've seen. I know how difficult it is to identify certain logos. Doing it for cars from almost 30 years ago is an absolutely fantastic job. My most sincere complements
This is unexpected, but welcomed. Gonna have fun with these!
You've been busy Bill! Thank You!

I haven't seen your face in a long time. I'm happy to see it again. I hope you're well!
Awesome work guys. I've been waiting on a 1996 carset. Each of the cars looks amazing as well.
Fantastic stuff, great job TEAM!
