I'll have to check where I got the templates to update, then you have to open a file that list the haulers and look into the game to see which hauler belongs to which file to put the hauler where you want., Sorry have not done this in so long I forgot which file, but yes it can be done. maybe someone here can get the info to you quicker then I can .
