Dreaded Crash When Hitting "DRIVE"

OK, I'm at the end of my technical prowess...I've got the old CTD when hitting the "DRIVE" button in NR2003...

Now I've dealt with this in the past so I've done the basics on the troubleshooting side including the usual "TURN OFF DEP" thing...not joy still...

Anyone have any other ideas?
Windows 10 system...using the latest "NO_CD" patch.

ive use nr2003 on both windows 10 & 8/8.1 and it works fine. Maybe try using the old patch. That's what i did
