It depends on your system, and all the settings your using. Car size, crew size, video card settings.
I 've have the same problem since the mod came out. I had a new PC built last month and still have the same issue. Where is the setting for super resolution? I have to give this a try. I didn't think the in game resolution went that big. 3480x2160?

I can't get those kind of settings. My biggest resolution is only 1920x1080 and I can't set super resolution because I'm only running a Geforce GTX 670. If anymore else has any other fix please share. Thanks.
I am running into the same issue with the rear wheels I have done all the graphic tweaks and did the 4gb patch all settings maxed out in game and in radeon settings I did not see a super resolution option.
i have not done the dxd8.dll to dxd9.dll as it seems there are some issues with it

Ok I turned it on and when I configure the game settings I just keep getting a loop of the graphics config it just keeps wanting to set the graphics and not launch the game is there any other setting that have to be adjusted?
Ok so I had to make all the changes in the rendx file and set the height and with there in order to get the game to load but rear wheels are still disappearing also no matter what I do the game keeps reverting back to 1080 x 1920 even after changing the file when I click the race screen it show the graphic config and reverts back to the monitor resolution.
Yea I’ve tried everything. Changing resolutions helped but the fps was bad on tracks I wanna run. Got a new Ryzen 7 get great fps but still does it. Would love to run that mod but don’t like seeing cars like that. So ol trusty BR 15 for me .Putting me a not very accurate carset together as I’m not good at painting
Here is a 2020 BR15 carset that I made for myself earlier this year. I used cars from the MENCS 2019 mod, cut and paste to make them fit the template as I'm not a great painter either. If this is not a good thing to post I'm sorry and please take it down but I thought I could help my fellow NR2003 fan. Credits go to all who paint for the MENCS 2019 mod, Bill1947 for the templates and Rick Fosterick for the b-pillar decals.
