If you still use this computer, try downloading AMD Ryzen Master from the drivers and support off their website. That program is used to over clock the CPU. This for me solved my issues. I had to turn up the voltage up a bit to 1.3v and i also clocked it from 3.2GHz to 3.8GHz. I never had issues since.

I don't think you need to change CPU frequency, but up the Voltage a tad bit. There are tutorials on youtube on how to use the program

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this suggestion, we've been busy with harvest for the last couple months. I finally found a rainy night to race this evening. I went in and did my overclock and ran Charlotte_SDT_2013_Night and the mencs mod without any hiccups. My fingers are still crossed since I've only ran one race, but hopefully this will be a permanent fix.

For anyone wondering about this issue. alexfox4 appears to have solved the problem. I have ran 3-4 races without any issue it appears that the voltage boost and overclock has and will work. Thank you to everyone for your help in solving this issue and a special thank you to alexfox4 for finding the ultimate fix.
