Are you using daemon tools lite to mount it?
Well, surprisingly enough, I didn't need Daemoon Tools, it was a .zip file so I just unzipped all those files into different folder and I could access all of that anyway.

I would delete all files relating to your failed install. Then I'd reboot, then try installing the game you got from SRD, it'll be the most not corrupted version. Matt makes sure of that.
You really can use uninstall on a program when it didn't install correctly in the first place.

My suggestion is to uninstall the game then run a registry cleaner. Try "ccleaner" and
"eusing free registry cleaner".

Please report back with the results.
It's been uninstalled with IUorbit installer like the SDR said to do awhile ago and before i did this.

Doesn't matter. There could still be garbage files left behind in the registry when uninstalling. Registry cleaners remove that.

I never heard of iorbiter, or whatever it's called, and wouldn't use it unless I absolutely needed it. If possible, try to restore your computer to a restore point sometime before this whole mess happened. then try to uninstall the regular way (if it's there) then run the registry cleaner.

The only Restore point I have for my computer was from 2/14/18 and the program was called IObit Uninstaller I had to use it cause the game wouldn't let me uninstall it.

I don't know exactly how you installed the game. Usually there's a .Bin and .Cue. file. Or just a .Iso. They are usually mounted with a program like daemon tools to install, then unmounted once the no-cd patch is installed.

If the game is already installed, I think the screen that says "Play - Install - Quit" changes to "Play - Uninstall - Quit".

Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not near a computer. Maybe you can uninstall the game from that screen?

I Installed the game added the patch and the no CD patch And tried to uninstall the game and it also gave me an error and the forums from SDR if I had the issue I had was to uninstall it manually which I did. now its just giving me "An error occured while launching this setup, the remote procedure call failed" like he had when I try to reclick auto run after re extracting

Are you using daemon tools lite? That always worked for me with no problems. Make sure everything is completely unmounted before trying again. I'm not sure what else to say without being able to sit in front of your computer to see for myself. Hopefully the original poster figured it out and knows what to do by now.
