Hi Everyone!
When I first got NR2003 and discovered paintshop, exports and imports, I was a scared little puppy because I didn't have the foggiest idea what I was doing. But, bit by bit I started to try to paint. Had a lot of failures along the way and deleted a lot of TGA's in my early years. But I kept going and eventually as I found others on the internet who did the same thing, I began to ask questions and learn from people who were more experienced. Bit by bit my painting got better, not perfect, but better just because of practicing at it.
So, if you are new to the hobby, I want to encourage each of you to keep going, keep trying, keep asking and keep putting stuff out...Eventually you will get more confident in your ability and know this, there are people on this site who are willing and happy to answer your questions, done properly in the forums, to help you become a better painter....I know I have benefitted from many people in the past like MAS, Denis, Ice and so many others....Even today I benefit from advice I have gotten from Garrett1127 as he has been doing renders for me. He will spot stuff and let me know so I can get better...
Practice makes Perfect, or as close as we can get...So fire up Google, Pinetress, Getty, Jayski or any other image site you can find and pick something to do and work at it til you are done!
Happy painting!
