After you posted this it made me go looking for the wing location too. LOL

That was a part of the reason for me doing/posting it; to show to not only myself, but to others, that it was possible.

Obviously, I won't be releasing the layers I've done. I don't have anyone's permission to do so, and this is FCRD's mod after all. But I figured the go-getters would be able to figure it out. Just takes a little learning/know-how and some work to make it happen. Glad I could help with that!

Yep, it's just a little trial and error to find the wing location but it can be done. I'm not going to post the template with the wing parts either.

What I do like is that you can do that without removing the spoiler (because of their separate locations on the template), so painting a 'wing' car translates over to spoiler with no modifications to the paint scheme.

Gotta love the ingenuity haha. BTW I updated that studio scene a few days ago and the lighting is a bit more forgiving of that sharp crease at the front left corner. I think I also updated the small and large spoiler materials to something a bit more realistic, too.

Yup, saw that notification. Good to know. I was so focused on the wing thing I forgot, I'll move to the new version.

I just saw this new Mazda RX-Vision GT3 Concept featured in Grand Turismo 7... yeah.... I'm totally going to try and get that configured on the NCS22 mod.... Granted, a 1:1 conversion is likely impossible (the concept body is WAY too wide for the Cup bodies), but I think with a bit of tweaking and tuning, I can get the decals laid out well enough....

Noticed the front end of the Generic Model is too rounded to properly host the front grill of a Mazda (at least within my talents of template creation).... the Ford model does host it well, but the 3d modeled tail lights make any venture there impossible.....

I might try more to overlay the Ford model lights with the decals (maybe add a blackout to make it stand out less)....

Had some time to mess around (has it just been me or has life gotten substantially more busy/complicated lately?!), converted the epic Mazda 6 template from the ICR mod over to the NCS22 mod, and now I got a solid primary car to kick off my little 2024 roster project.999Mazda2024.jpg

Numbers from Kaulig Number Set by SGT Mustang (modified with a gold overlay by me), some logos via google. Bill for the BMW template. FCRD NCS22, Hodge render scene.
Had fun with this one, took some old aspects, brought them up to a more aggressive, modern look while keeping the historical associations of the driver/sponsors.
