Here it is! Boise International Raceway is a 0.892 mile Quad-Oval. A mix of Darlington, Bristol, Phoenix, and Rockingham, this thing is unusual for its egg-shaped construction and tight, high-banked turn 2 and 3. Turn 4 and 5 is a more sweeping, lower-banked turn that spills out into the quad. Can you take the quad at full speed? Only the bravest try, and few succeed. This has earned the track a nickname, "The Quarrelsome Quad-Oval." A more forgiving, humorous, and geographically based nickname is 'The Concrete Potato."
Designed by Bacs.
Brought to NR2003 by Cynon.
Extra sound composited from iRacing PA sounds.
Project Short Track (trackside objects and other scenery).
Dr. Wily Robotics billboard by Gone-Sovereign.
Lycoia Motors hauler by GWoodard41.
Haulers from the TM Master Cup.
Revamped Reloaded (most likely the #29 hauler).
A full 43 car field is supported, and I believe up to 47 can be worked onto the track. A huge! HUGE, big thank you to Cynon! As some of you know, I've been ill for a couple of years now. The stress of working 10-12 hour shifts 5 days a week on top of my chronic pain and fatigue forced me to put the track on hiatus. In a discussion thread, I described the track and Cynon took an interest in seeing it completed. For that I am eternally grateful! So here is Boise International Raceway. Just download the .zip file and unzip the file bacs_cynon_boise55 to the NR2003 tracks folder. Enjoy!
