Add more cars to a track.ini

I need help to have 43 cars at a race track but i have no idea how to for [ starting_grid_1]

What??? was the track set up to handle 43 cars, some short tracks cannot handle that many due to not enough pit space.

well the track has only 13 pit stalls but had 26 cars on the track.

That's impossible. It must be a short track with 2 pit lanes. pit0 and pit1. If it is, you will most likely NEVER add extra cars. The builder has already squeezed in as many as they could to get it working correctly. And even if you try you will also have to edit the track in Sandbox to include the extra pit stalls.
