This scheme was ran by Marylander Donnie Neuenberger for MacDonald Motorsports at the second race of the 2006 Busch season at California. He finished 39th, last on track and 8 laps down. Seems like MacDonald just grabbed a car from their late '05 lineup and peeled off the sponsorship, except the quarter panel (see the 72 in the photos below).
Before the 2006 season started MacDonald had bought the number and owners points from Glynn Racing, who had bought it from Akins Motorsports halfway through the '05 season. After running the first two races with Donnie and running Mexico with Patrick Goeters, MacDonald sold the number to Carver Racing, where they ran the 58 for the next 3 races with Kevin Conway, before switching the number to 40. Not even Racing Reference can keep up with this, as they listed all the starts for the #58 from MacDonald and Carver all under Glynn's ownership. There was also the #58 ran by Chris Horn midway throughout '06, but that team is unrelated to this tangent. What a mess.
